Precision Borehole Drilling

Professional deep-well drilling utilizing our owned, state-of-the-art drilling rig and high-air compressor setup suited for varied geological formations (crystalline weathered basement rock, alluvium, and sandstones).

Technical Scope & Deliverables:

  • Mud rotary drilling in soft/unconsolidated sediments
  • Down-The-Hole (DTH) percussion drilling in hard crystalline rock
  • Installation of heavy-duty Class 9/10 uPVC casings and slotted screens
  • Sized silica gravel pack installation & sanitary bentonite grout seal

Service 03 — Pumping Infrastructure

Pumping Systems, Testing & Installation

Supply, hydrodynamic yield testing, and installation of durable handpumps as well as high-capacity submersible electric and solar pumps tailored to community and industrial water demands.

Pumping Options & Testing:

  • Afridev Handpumps: National standard for Malawian rural community water points with brass cylinder and stainless steel pump rods
  • Submersible Electric Pumps: 230V single-phase / 400V three-phase high-head multi-stage borehole pumps
  • Solar Helical & Centrifugal Pumps: Direct DC solar pumps with smart MPPT controllers
  • Hydrodynamic Yield Testing: 4-hour to 24-hour step-drawdown and recovery test logs
